4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship products within the timelines mentioned on our website.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and logistics partners.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural events, courier issues, etc.).

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused tea products within 7 days of delivery.
• Perishable items and café purchases are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection of returned goods.

• Reservations may be required for special events or group bookings.
• Outside food or beverages are not permitted.
