At Leafs N Fragnances we take pride in offering premium-quality tea leaves and a warm café experience. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Returns for Tea Products
- Eligible Returns: We accept returns only for unopened, unused, and sealed tea products.
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be in its original packaging and in good condition.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used tea packs
- Perishable food items from our café
- Gift cards or promotional items
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged item).
3. Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
5. Tea Bar & Café Services
- Payments for in-store café or tea bar purchases are non-refundable.
- Event bookings/reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
